To ensure we are serving the "least of God's people" by packing nutrient-filled meals and sending them out into the communities that need them the most in the Heartland and all across the globe. Heartland Kids Against Hunger hopes that every man, woman, or child who serves at our local events is sent back into our community, self-fed with Love and spirit-led in joy, knowing they humbled themselves this day by serving the “least” in our world.
40 “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters,[a] you were doing it to me!’
-Matthew 25:40 NLT

You Can Bring Hope To The Hungry
Heartland Kids Against Hunger opens up many opportunities for you, your business, school, or organization to provide hope for the hungry. You might be wondering how it all works and what part you play. Let's break it down for you.
See below for more ways to get involved if it's not a good time for you to host an event.
Hosting an Event with Heartland Kids Against Hunger is simple and fun, and the entire family is encouraged to participate. Please contact us for more information about logistics, volunteers, and other questions.
Each donation is stewarded as efficiently as possible by Heartland Kids Against Hunger to areas within our reach and beyond. Your secure, tax-deductible donations are a blessing, and they help us create more meals at each event for kids and families that are in desperate need.
Sometimes organizations such as schools or youth clubs reach out to us about hosting an event but need help with funding to feed the hungry . With the help and generosity of sponsors, these groups are able to experience the joy of giving back and serving the least.
We can always use another helping hand during our meal-packing events. Our non-meal-packing volunteers are essential in keeping our lines running smoothly and efficiently by ensuring products and materials are full, helping fill and seal boxes, and helping with setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission of feeding as many hungry families as possible. Every dollar donated goes toward packing meals.
